In an article originally posted in the National Post (but now found in househunting.ca), Royal LePage Real Estate Services reported that 51% of all homebuyers in 2004 were women.  Many of these women are young, unmarried professionals who live in the city – the typical Prospere Magazine reader.  We are no longer necessarily waiting for Mr. Right before buying a home with him.  Whether we are buying a house or a condo (many are opting for condos, especially in cities where real estate is pricey) we often look for advice.  Given the age range of the women Prospere Magazine targets, many would be first time buyers looking for advice.  Not only will this section feature home buying tips real estate agents and experiences of (first time) home buyers, but also what goes inside the home from both regular people and professionals.
