It seems that every where we turn we see more and more about women’s health. It is sometimes hard to keep up with
the new health fad in place. Many women do not know what health advice to turn to; due to the fact that in many cases the advice can be not entirely true. One main concern a women should always have, should be if this advice is kosher. Natural traditions are always the best ways to lead our lives. Many of us know the simple rules of staying younger longer; such as: sleeping well, exercising, and most importantly, eating. As society revolves into the twenty-first century, women are taking control of the working class and finding less time to eat well and take care of themselves. Not because they don’t want to, but because they don’t have time to. Because who do you know that doesn’t want to look healthy and young in their 30’s and 40’s? Try and incorporate some of these foods into your diet to help you mind, body and soul.
Fish
We all have heard of omega 3, and how important it is to include it in out diets. However, only recently has it been proven that it is a lead fighter against cancer. It also fights cholesterol, reducing bad triglycerides in our blood.
Oatmeal
Many of us lack fibre in our diets; breakfast is a meal that should contain a significant amount of fibre in it. Oatmeal is enclosed much soluble fiber, which is important to assist in flushing out the bad toxins on our bodies.
Red Wine
Wine has become a popular condiment in the twentieth century. Consuming one glass a day will aid women in decreasing their chances of experiencing heart disease. Red wine contains grape seed extract, which helps reduce high cholesterol, and inflammation that commonly occurs in women.
Yogurt
Full of calcium which assists in fighting osteoporosis, which is mainly found in women over the age of 50. Many don’t know that yogurt is full of “good bacteria” which helps minimize the looks of aging.
