Now that signs of Spring are finally starting to show, it’s time to get out of the shoveling rut & see what new & exciting things you can partake in this spring.  Just call up your pals & make a day of it.  Where should you head to first?  The answer is LIFEFEST!  Not only will you come away with tons of prizes & samples, you’ll attend free workshops, see guest speakers & get pampered, all this for the price of admission.

Last year was my first time attending the event & definitely wasn’t my last.  I plan to keep it a yearly ritual as my kick off to spring!  I have never seen so much info about all aspects of life (exercise, beauty, wellness etc) all under one roof.  Many of companies offer free samples of their products & others offer free treatments.  In corresponding with the organizers of this year’s event, I have come to learn that the headlining speaker is Margaret Trudeau & many others will be there to speak on several topics of interest.

Admission: Tickets available at your local Shoppers Drug Mart store as of March 8,
2008. Tickets are $15 p.p., two for $25.00, or alternatively get two

Not able to attend LIFEFEST?  Check you local listings for upcoming exhibitor shows in your area.  In May 2008 Kitchener Waterloo will be hosting the Grand Life Show as a follow up to their very successful TOTAL WOMAN SHOW which was held in February this year.  These events are hosted by THE RECORD & are held at Bingemans’ in Kitchener.  Although the K-W shows are on a much smaller scale, the visitors to THE TOTAL WOMAN SHOW had this to say:

• 100% of our visitors were satisfied with the show, the exciting atmosphere and loved the décor.
• 98% of our visitors loved the selection of merchandise.
