Last week’s question: If money wasn’t an issue, where would you live?

50% said: Downtown in the big city, near museums, theatres, restaurants, etc…
21.4% said: In the suburbs near a big city, where I can have good schools AND be close to culture
7.1% said: In a small town.
7.1% said: In the country, away from it all.
14.3% said: In a location not described above.
To those of you who said that you want to live in a location not described above, where do you want to live? On the beach? In a villa in Europe? Do let us know!
This week’s question: Which wireless device do you have?

I live in a small town and dislike it for the most part.
The people are very set in their ways and don’t want to change much, nor do they like newcomers coming in and making suggestions.
I’ve always loved the culture experience in large cities but cannot move because of real estate and money issues.
I figure I have about twenty more good years if I stay healthy.
I long for some great culture…symphonies, plays, musicals, writing groups, etc, but now have to accept the fact that this is where we are staying. Hubby loves his golf. He would prefer the gated golf community if we had to move….I’d prefer renting an apartment and forgetting about mortgages at our age.
Oh well…life goes on and we are so fortunate to have our health.
