Supporting Breast Cancer Research through Handbags

Fuffy J. Couture, a line of high end handbags based out of Sacramento, California launched in 2006 by two sisters, Lyndie Eimerl and Kristin Morrow. The name was inspired by the eccentric and flamboyant entrerpreneur (and Lyndi and Kristin’s grandfather), Norman Joeger who expressed his creativity through his wild sense of style. Like her grandfather, Kristin always found a way to stand out. In high school, she started designing handbags out of vintage material in the family sewing room and these bags soon gathered much attention from family and friends. Kristin eventually made bags for family and friends, including her sister, Lyndi and eventually Fuffy J. Couture was born.

Fuffy J. Couture bags come in several different styles and sizes, including purses for little girls. They also custom-make “Mommy & Me” bags – matching bags for mom and daughter.

In time for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Fuffy J. Couture launched a very special line in support of breast cancer research. The Liz Collection, which is part of their Just beCAUSE line, was inspired by the death of a friend’s sister, who lost her life to breast cancer at the very young age of 28. The Liz Collection consists of the following:

This is the Liz Clutch. It measures 9″ x 4.5″ and is $125.

Like the clutch, the shouldber bag has a black exterior and pink interior. It measures 13″ x 9″ and has pockets inside…a great place for your cell phone! The bag sells for $165.

15% of proceeds from all Liz Collection bags go to organizations which support breast cancer.

Just beCAUSE also carries the Robynn Goodell line. Robynn is a young mom in the Sacramento area who has gone through a lot with her battle with cancer. Proceeds (15% of all sales) go to the Robynn Goodell Fund.

Fuffy J. Couture is available at three brick and mortar stores in California as well as at their online shop. Fuffy J. Couture delivers internationally.
