TLE Designs‘ latest collection makes for great resort wear or for a night out in the city.  Designer, Teresa Le’s brightly-coloured tops, mini-dresses and headbands will surely turn heads whether at the beach or at a club or lounge!  The best news about TLE Designs is that the pieces are perfectly proportioned for women 5’4″ or shorter – the designer herself is petite at just under 5 feet tall.  Her models are also usually on the petite side (truly petite, not America’s Next Top Model-petite).

One of Prospere Magazine’s favourite pieces from the collection is the Brown Multi Print Strapless  Ruche dress.  This dress, which is made from charmeuse, is a great outfit to wear with flip flops to a seaside dinner, or, if you are in the city, over leggings or a pair of skinny jeans.
